Insurance & Self-Pay Options
Financial Policies
-
Transparent, Straightforward Care
We believe financial expectations should be clear and easy to understand. Our goal is to help you focus on your care while feeling informed and supported regarding costs and payment.
-
Insurance
We accept select insurance plans. Because coverage varies, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your mental health benefits, including copays, deductibles, and any limitations.
Please provide accurate and current insurance information prior to your appointment and notify us of any changes. While we may help estimate your out-of-pocket costs, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify coverage.
You are responsible for:
• Copays and deductibles
• Services not covered by insurance
• Costs associated with outside testing your provider may recommend (such as lab work or other evaluations) -

Self Pay
If you do not have insurance or choose not to use it, self-pay appointments are available. Self-pay rates are discussed in advance so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards.
-
Sliding Scale
A limited sliding scale may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Eligibility is based on household income and financial need.
Documentation such as a recent pay stub or tax return may be requested for verification. All information is kept confidential.
Please contact our office to learn more about sliding scale availability.
-
Payment Information
Patients are asked to securely enter payment information into the patient portal prior to their first appointment. This allows for smooth processing of copays, deductibles, or self-pay fees.
We understand unexpected financial challenges can arise. If a balance remains unpaid after multiple attempts to contact you, accounts may be referred to a collections agency. We encourage you to contact us if you anticipate difficulty making a payment so we can discuss possible options.
