    We believe financial expectations should be clear and easy to understand. Our goal is to help you focus on your care while feeling informed and supported regarding costs and payment.

  • Insurance

    We accept select insurance plans. Because coverage varies, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your mental health benefits, including copays, deductibles, and any limitations.

    Please provide accurate and current insurance information prior to your appointment and notify us of any changes. While we may assist in estimating out-of-pocket costs, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify your coverage.

    Costs associated with recommended services, such as lab work or other evaluations

  • Accepted Insurances Plans

    Mississippi: Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health (through partner platforms), Quest Behavioral Health (Blue Cross Blue Shield network partner), Prime Health Services Network, First Health Network, Mississippi Medicaid, Wellcare, Ambetter

    Louisiana: Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Select Blue Cross Blue Shield plans

    If you do not see your insurance listed, we encourage you to submit an appointment request. Our team will review your information and help determine the best scheduling option for your coverage. If we are unable to accommodate your plan, we are happy to help guide you toward appropriate referral options.

  • Private Pay

    We offer transparent private pay options for individuals who prefer to pay out-of-pocket or are out-of-network with their insurance.

    Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $225–$275

    Follow-Up Medication Management: $100–$150

    Specialized Evaluations: Pricing varies based on service

    Payment is due at the time of service

    Rates are discussed and confirmed prior to scheduling.

    Rates may vary based on clinical complexity and time required

    A superbill may be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement

    For specialized evaluations (such as disability or bariatric assessments), please submit an appointment request or contact our office for pricing details.

  • Sliding Scale

    A limited sliding scale may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Eligibility is based on household income and financial need.

    Documentation such as a recent pay stub or tax return may be requested for verification. All information is kept confidential.

  • Payment Information

    Patients are asked to securely enter payment information into the patient portal prior to their first appointment to allow for smooth processing of copays, deductibles, or self-pay fees.

    Outstanding Balances: For any outstanding balances, if your balance is not paid after multiple attempts to collect payment, we have the right to send your account to a collection agency.
