Preceptorship Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in completing a clinical rotation with Always Hope Behavioral Health Services.
Preceptorship placements are offered on a limited basis and are reviewed according to availability, specialty fit, program requirements, and practice capacity. Our team carefully reviews all requests and coordinates placement logistics, school requirements, and onboarding procedures.
Please note that unpaid preceptorship requests are not being accepted at this time. Approved placements require a deposit and hourly preceptorship fee due to the professional time, administrative coordination, supervision, practice overhead, and collaboration expenses involved in clinical training.
OVERVIEW
Always Hope Behavioral Health Services offers limited preceptorship opportunities for qualified students seeking a structured and professional clinical learning experience in psychiatric practice.
Placements are reviewed based on availability, specialty fit, program requirements, practice capacity, and educational objectives. Due to the time required for supervision, teaching, documentation review, evaluation completion, administrative coordination, and practice overhead, placement availability is limited. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee placement or acceptance.
PRECEPTORSHIP FEES & ADMINISTRATIVE DEPOSIT POLICY
Approved placements are billed at $10 per approved clinical hour.
A $100 nonrefundable administrative deposit is required before review, school coordination, onboarding, affiliation agreement review, or paperwork processing begins.
The administrative deposit compensates Always Hope Behavioral Health Services for the time and resources involved in evaluating requests, reviewing program requirements, coordinating with schools, completing affiliation and onboarding documentation, and managing administrative processes related to clinical placement.
For approved placements, the administrative deposit will be applied toward the total preceptorship cost.
Payment in full prior to the start of the clinical rotation is preferred.
Students requiring a larger number of clinical hours who may need a payment arrangement should contact our office prior to the start of the clinical rotation to discuss available options.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Unpaid preceptorship requests are not accepted.

• Approved placements are billed at $10 per approved clinical hour.
• Scheduling must be agreed upon in advance.
• Missed hours, cancellations, or absences do not guarantee refunds or fee adjustments.
• Midterm evaluations, final evaluations, clinical documentation, and school-related evaluations will not be completed until all required payments have been received.
• Students are responsible for submitting required school paperwork, onboarding requirements, and payment requests in a timely manner.
Please Note: Always Hope Behavioral Health Services cannot guarantee completion of paperwork, evaluations, affiliation agreements, onboarding requirements, or other documentation submitted close to school deadlines. Requests submitted at the last minute may delay placement approval or completion of school requirements. Always Hope Behavioral Health Services is not responsible for missed school deadlines resulting from delayed submission of paperwork, onboarding requirements, payment, or requested documentation.
